Information we collect

• Account details, such as your name, email address, and profile photo, when you sign up.
• Your city or location, so we can show events and places near you. [If you use precise device location, say so here and explain that it can be turned off in your phone's settings.]
• Groups and plans: the groups you create or join, the days you mark as free, holds, and how you respond to suggestions (I'm in, Maybe, Pass). Other members of a group can see this activity.
• Your vibes and activity, such as the vibes you search for and events you save, to make better suggestions.
• Diagnostics, such as crash reports and basic usage data, to fix bugs and improve the app.

How we use information

We use your information to run Delve: to show you things to do, suggest plans that fit your vibes, share plans and availability with the groups you're in, and keep the app working. We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Your group activity is visible to members of that group. We share data with service providers that help us operate Delve, such as [hosting, analytics, and crash reporting providers], only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Keeping or deleting your data

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account and its data at any time in the app under [Profile > Settings > Delete account], or by emailing us.

Children

Delve isn't intended for anyone under [13], and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
